Camayenne Sofa is a Guinean band who rose to prominence in the 1970s. and got its name from the Camayenne neighborhood in Conakry, capital city of Guinea, where it was formed. The band's lineup includes vocalist and guitarist, Lansana Sissoko, drummer, Lansana Diallo, and bassist, Moussa Camara. They've released several albums throughout their career, including "Camayenne Sofa," "Guinée 2000," and "Guinee Music." Camayenne Sofa is largely known for their energetic live performances and powerful message of unity and peace.
