BioConjunto Os Tropicais, also known as Os Tropicais, is a legendary Angolan music band that was formed in the early 1960s.
The band has played an important role in the development of Angolan music, especially the "Semba" genre. They have contributed to the cultural richness of Angola through their unique blend of African and Latin rhythms, combined with traditional instruments like the "cavaquinho" and "tamboril".
Over the years, Conjunto Os Tropicais has become a household name in Angola and has toured extensively throughout the country, as well as in other African countries and Europe.
Some members of the group are Carlos Oliveira who played the drums, Ribamar Lima saxophonist, Nonato Saraive bassist and the guitarist, José Oliveira.
