BioCrow Black Sky was a South African melodic death metal band that was formed in 2009. The band was formed by guitarist and vocalist Stephen Spinas in Cape Town, South Africa, and was known for their blend of melodic death metal, black metal, and thrash metal.
Their debut album, "Pantheion," was released in 2010 and received critical acclaim for its complex song structures, intricate guitar work, and intense vocals. The album was well-received both in South Africa and internationally and helped establish Crow Black Sky as one of the leading metal acts in the country.
Despite their success, Crow Black Sky went on a hiatus in 2012 and returned in 2018 with the release of their album, "Sidereal Light - Volume One".
The band's line-up has changed over time and its current members are Gideon Lamprecht, Ryan Higgo, and Lawrence Jaeger.
