BioFormed in 1972, Minzoto Wella Wella was a revered musical and socio-cultural group in the DR Congo until the mid-80s. Supervised by Father Buffalo, the group uniquely produced operettas featuring artists and actors like Commander Danga's Dasufa trio. Their "Duckling at Ease" dance was a sensation in Kinshasa. Despite their success, they faded into obscurity. Presently, rehearsals at the Inter Matonge Hotel indicate a potential revival. With a significant ballet in the works and a new operetta titled "Muana etike," led by Takinga and Pecos Pembele, the group seeks support to reclaim its former prominence, striving to bring back its cultural legacy.
