BioThe Four Brothers, a pop group from Zimbabwe, was founded by Marshall Munhumumwe, Never Mutare, Edward Mutgasi, and Alack Chipaika. Specializing in fast-paced, guitar-based pop music, they found early success with their hit "Makorokoto" and were known for playing a genre called Jit. The band gained international recognition in the late 1980s, securing a deal with Cooking Vinyl, a British record label, and subsequently touring the UK and Canada. Referred to as social evangelists, the Four Brothers were united by their intense passion for music when they formed, and they became one of Zimbabwe's most successful bands. Unfortunately, they disbanded in 2002, marking the end of their impactful musical journey.
