BioTrybesmen, also known as Da Trybe, is a prominent Nigerian hip hop music group which consists of three members Eldee, Oladele and T.K.O.
They are widely regarded as pioneers of hip hop music in Nigeria and have been credited with helping to establish the genre in the country.
The group first gained recognition in the mid-1990s when they released their debut single "Shake Bodi", which became a hit and was followed by string of successful singles.
Over the years, Trybesmen's influence on the Nigerian hip hop scene has been significant and their legacy has been recognized both nationally and internationally .
In 2005, the BBC described the group as "legendary", and they continue to be celebrated as one of the most important and influential acts in Nigeria music history.
The group members parted ways and went on to pursue solo careers, but came for a brief reunion in 2009.
