BioWrust, formerly known as Rust, is a death metal band from Gaborone, Botswana, in Africa. It was formed in 2000 by the lead singer, Stux Daemon. In 2007, having gained just two members, Wrust released their debut album, Soulless Machine, with membership from Stux Daemon and Dem Lord Master. Subsequently, the band increased from a two-member group to four and five. Wrust, one of the most talented and successful metal bands at that time, headlined lots of festivals, including the Witchfest Extreme Metal Festival 2003 (South Africa), Woodstock 2008 in Gaborone, The Windhoek Metal Fest 2009 in Namibia, etc. Wrust Band is not just successful but shares the stage with lots of successful yet renowned bands, including Sepultura from Brazil, Carcass from the UK, Konkhra from Denmark, and Entombed from Sweden
