BioUkoo Flani was a Kenyan hip hop group formed in 1997 in Nairobi. The group consisted of Kitu Sewer, Madtraxx, and Gidi Gidi Maji Maji.
They were known for their unique sound, which blended elements of hip hop, reggae, and Afrobeats.
They were also known for their socially conscious lyrics, which often dealt with issues such as poverty, corruption, and social injustice.
Ukoo Flani released their debut album, Fanya Mambo, in 2001. The album was a critical and commercial success, and it helped to establish the group as one of the most popular hip hop groups in Kenya. They went on to release two more albums, Toka Mtaani (2003) and Sauti ya Haki (2006).
Ukoo Flani disbanded in 2008, but they have reunited on several occasions for special events.
They are considered one of the most influential hip hop groups in Kenya, and their music continues to be enjoyed by fans all over the world.
