Award winning Ghanaian hip hop and hiplife duo, R2bees, made up of two cousins, Faisal Hakeem and Rashid Mugeez (Mugeez) unveils their new album “Back to Basics”. The 15 tracks projects houses guest appearances from artistes across Africa.

R2Bees is a Ghanaian hip hop and hiplife duo from Tema made up of two cousins, Faisal Hakeem (Paedae da Pralem/Omar Sterling) and Rashid Mugeez (Mugeez). They have been active since 2007 and in August 2008, they released their first single "Yawa Gal". Their first debut album Da Revolutin was released in 2009 and in 2013, they were nominated at the BET Awards. Their name R2bees stems from the mantra of the group "Refuse to be broke" and they are currently signed under the R2bees entertaiment.
