Apollo International Band of Ghana, also known as Amakye Dede & His Apollo Kings International, is a highlife band from Ghana formed in 1980 and led by prolific Ghanaian singer and composer Dan Amakye Dede.

The other band members were Kwame Nash Wilson and Obibini Takyi.

Apollo International Band of Ghana dominated the music scene throughout the 80s and 90s with hits such as "Taxi Turner", "Santana Love", and "Beautiful Woman," amongst others. While their second album, "Jealousy," which was recorded in Onitsha, an Eastern city in Nigeria, brought them their major break.

The band remains relevant many years later in the Ghana music space and globally.
