'Mamezala" (which translates to be "mother-in-law" in Zulu) is a mid-tempo track celebrating the formalization of a union through a wedding in the South African culture. The five-minutes-track lyrics is a mix of Zulu and English language.

Mafikizolo is an award-winning duo South African kwaito group, consisting of a female lead singer, Nhlanhla Nciza, and the composer, Theo Kgosinkwe.


The group was initially a trio, but third member, Tebogo Madingoane was shot in a public brawl, leaving the duo.

The kwaito-group which was formed in the late 90s released their self-titled debut album ''Mafikizolo" in 1997 and subsequent hits after it.

The duo are multi-award winners of various awards in varied categories.
