BioThe Shinyori Sisters, initially a thirteen-member band, is a South African musical group formed by Dr. Thomas Chauke. Also known as The Shinyori Sisters and Dr. Thomas Chauke, their angelic voices, combined with Dr. Chauke's distinctive electric guitar sound, have left an indelible mark on Tsonga Traditional music history. Emerging in the late 1970s, the group has released numerous albums, many of which have achieved gold, platinum, double, and multi-platinum status.
