BioOriginating from Fela Kuti's Koola Lobitos, the Don Isaac Ezekiel Combination (D.I.E) was a band consisting of Don Kemonah, Isaac Olasugba, and Ezekiel Hart. Transitioning into Afrobeat, they released a few songs, including their 1972 album "Amalinja / Fall on Your Knees and Pray." The album was a success, but despite their early success, their influence waned after moving to Italy. While Isaac and Ezekiel released an album in 1974 (Soul-Rock) before fully pursuing work in Italy and withdrawing from music, Don continued to enrich London's music scene, collaborating with notable artists and recording for Island Records.
