Stan Tohon, born Stanislas Roger Tohon, was a popular Beninese musician and composer who founded the Tchink System. His music blended traditional rhythms with contemporary styles and addressed themes of political corruption, social justice, and African identity in his music. During his lifetime Tohon released over 27 albums including "Parakou" (1985) and "Born To Shine" (2007). He passed away in 2019, leaving a legacy as one of Benin's most influential musical figures.

    Amadou Pape Fall is a Senegalese singer-songwriter and guitarist. He is known for his unique blend of African and Latin music, which he has dubbed "African salsa." In 1966, Fall began his career as a musician and singer with Dakar Rhythm. In 1972, he joined the Star Band and released four discs with the band. In 1976, he formed his band, African Salsa (later Nder de Dakar), which quickly became one of the most popular bands in Senegal. Fall and African Salsa have released over 20 albums and toured extensively throughout Africa, Europe, and the United States.

    Ebenezer Obey is a veteran Nigerian musician, singer, and band leader. He's considered one of the most influential and successful musicians in Nigeria, and often referred to as the "Chief Commander." He began his musical career in his hometown and later moved to Lagos in the mid-1950s to pursue his passion. Obey is known for modernizing the Juju music genre by infusing Yoruba drumming, Western-style guitars and drum-kits, and multiple talking drums. He formed The International Brothers, later renamed Inter-Reformers, and released several hit albums under the West African Decca musical label. He has also released over a hundred albums in his career. Asides from music, Obey is a philanthropist and the General Overseer of Decross International Ministries.
