BioThe Downfall Band is an American ska punk band formed in 1989 following the disbandment of the popular band Operation Ivy. Their brief existence saw efforts to record a 10-song album, though it never saw an official release before the band parted ways. Signed to the Lookout Label, the lineup included Tim Armstrong, Matt Freeman, Dave Mello, Pat Mello, and Jason Hammon.
